Our memorable opening at Bollwerk
We know how to throw a party. Yesterday started with a queue for free coffee at 6:00 and ended with a queue for espresso martinis at 22:00.
It was an absolute success. We lost count of the hundreds, maybe even thousands, of people who came by our new Bollwerk 15 location on the 10th of November 2025. Whether during the day or for the (not-so) private party, it turned into a full-on street celebration.
There is something special happening at Bakery Bakery. With a sharper vision, everyone seems to be on the same page as us, and it turns out we really are becoming more than a bakery.
A massive shoutout to our teams. They are always ready, always passionate, and always creating unforgettable moments.
