Since the very beginning, we’ve partnered with Kevin’s brothers and their team at Drip Roasters in Bern to bring you Santa Clara. This coffee, grown on Fazenda Santa Clara in Brazil, has been part of our journey from farm to cup. Paulo Afonso and his team focus on sustainable, precise farming to produce a single-farm coffee with rich, balanced flavors of milk chocolate, hazelnut, and a subtle hint of orange.
The team at Drip Roasters carefully roasts each batch to highlight these flavors and ensure a versatile coffee that works beautifully with any brewing method. Every cup tells the story of the farmers, the land, and the care that goes into producing a truly exceptional coffee.
